Andreas is a senior technology leader with over 20 years of experience in Japan and overseas, directing
multilingual and cross-functional teams across fintech, HR-tech, and manufacturing industries. He has served in
executive roles including CTO and Vice President of Engineering, leading complex engineering organizations and
driving large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
His experience spans enterprise systems, trading platforms, cloud modernization, and global ERP rollouts, with
hands-on technical depth in software engineering and applied machine learning—particularly in fintech use cases.
He has a strong ability to align technology execution with business outcomes and has represented overseas
shareholders on boards, ensuring governance, compliance, and strategic clarity in regulated environments.

Stefan Meier
Co-Representative Director
Stefan is a Swiss engineering leader with over 20 years of experience in Switzerland and Japan. He held
roles from Software Engineer to Vice President of Engineering at BizReach (now Visional), where he led a
300-engineer organization and contributed to the company’s growth from 250 to over 1,600 employees leading
up to its $2.4B IPO in 2021.
He also played a key role in the early development and organizational foundations of the Stanby platform,
which later became a joint venture with Yahoo Japan (now LY Corporation).
